Returns & Refund Policy

At TrustiKey, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for both digital and physical products.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Digital Products: The license key has not been used or activated, OR you received a non-working/invalid key.
  • Physical Products: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Exchanges

We replace defective or invalid license keys at no cost. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued. For physical items, exchanges are possible only if the product is defective or damaged.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed using your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: up to 7 business days
  • PayPal: typically within minutes

Important Notes

  • Used or activated license keys are non-refundable.
  • Once a license key is activated, the sale is final.
  • Shipping costs for physical product returns are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Our Guarantee

We provide a 100% activation guarantee on all software licenses. If your key does not activate and our support cannot resolve the issue, you will receive a full refund or replacement.
